I am pleased to partner with Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Members Dr. Shannon Haltom and Michael Foss for this 10-week Masterclass on the Power of Connection in Communication.  This 10-week Masterclass will cover communication connecting principles and practices using expert content from John C. This session will help to map out a plan of action for recognizing the potential in the team so we can grow them into leaders who develop other leaders. It will also help our leaders become better at identifying and placing the right talent for our team. By bringing key leaders to the training it will help clarify for them what you are doing and in reality what they should also be doing. 

This session will address two key issues:

1. The Leader’s Key Question: I’m I raising up potential leaders? 

2. The Leader’s Toughest Challenge: Creating a climate for potential leaders
